Accessibility Info

Accessibility access is via Yonge Street entrance. Illusionarium takes place in Gallery 3 located on floor 2 (use elevator to access).

For those who do not require elevator access, entrance is located on Queens Quay and accessible via stairs up to the 2nd floor.

Those with ACCESS2 cards can bring a support person or caregiver into Illusionarium without requiring them to have a ticket. As Magic Circle tickets include admission for 2, this would mean you could bring your carer as a 3rd person, free of charge. Simply show the card at entry. Please note that although a carer does not require a ticket, they must still be counted within the maximum of 4 attendees in each Magic Circle.

There is no on-site parking but paid lots are quite close. For those who struggle with mobility, there is a shoulder for drop-offs out front with ramp access to the sidewalk and ramp access to the building is nearby.

Accessible washrooms are located in the main foyer of 1 Yonge Street – please ask at the security desk for access.

Sensory advisory:
Illusionarium may contain at some points loud sound effects and the use of some strobe lighting that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy and discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Viewer discretion is advised.

Earplugs are available upon request.

Mobility aids and Service Animals:
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted subject to space availability.

Please contact [email protected] prior to your visit so we can accommodate where possible.
